3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Personal-use kitchen items once used (for hygiene reasons)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Submit a return request through customer support.
- Provide order details and clear images/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- After the returned product passes inspection.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, the refund may be processed via bank transfer or another approved method.
6. Replacement Policy
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- Replacement stock is available.
Replacement requests follow the same eligibility rules as returns.
