Return & Refund Policy

  • The item is unused and in original condition and packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Personal-use kitchen items once used (for hygiene reasons)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request through customer support.
  2. Provide order details and clear images/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Products must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • After the returned product passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, the refund may be processed via bank transfer or another approved method.


6. Replacement Policy

Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • Replacement stock is available.

Replacement requests follow the same eligibility rules as returns.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without charges.
  • Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return policy will apply instead.

8. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
